Dinner & A Show: Stageworks and Soto's
We close out our 24/25 bus trip season with a play at Stageworks Theatre called Vintage Hitchcock: A Live Radio Play. The play is described as follows: “Spies, murder, love, and other trademarks of Alfred Hitchcock come to life in the style of a 1940s radio broadcast of the master of suspense's earlier films. With The Lodger, Sabotage, and The 39 Steps, Vintage Hitchcock: A Live Radio Play is a triple feature, complete with vintage commercials, that recreates a daring train chase, a serial killer's ominous presence, and a devastating explosion through the magic of live sound effects.” After the play, we will have dinner together at Soto’s Cantina, an award-winning Mexican restaurant in the Spring-Cypress area.
The play is a Sunday matinee on June 8. We depart from the church at 2:10 pm and should be back by 7:30 pm. Cost for the play is $30 (non-refundable).
